At Pharmell Life Sciences, we are committed to empowering innovative early-stage Life Sciences companies, especially those focused on groundbreaking cancer research.

If you are an early-stage company with a mission to make a significant impact in Life Sciences research, here is how you can apply for funding through our platform.

Applying for a fund: a step-by-step guide
1
Initial application and screening

The first step in the application process is to submit an application with key details about your company, including your mission, the problem you are solving, your research focus, and the stage of development. Our team will review your submission to ensure it aligns with our focus on innovative, high-impact Life Sciences research. If your company meets our criteria, you will be invited to proceed to the next stage.

2
Detailed proposal submission

Once your initial application has been approved, you will be asked to submit a detailed business proposal. This should include a comprehensive overview of your research, your business model, your team’s expertise, and your strategy for achieving milestones. Additionally, you will need to provide financial projections, your current funding status, and how you plan to use the funds raised.

This proposal helps us understand the potential impact of your work and your readiness for investment.

3
Pitch Presentation

After reviewing your detailed proposal, selected companies will be invited to present their pitch to our review panel. This is your opportunity to showcase your research, articulate your vision, and demonstrate why your project is worthy of investment.

4
Due diligence and Assessment

If your pitch resonates with our panel, a thorough scientific and regulatory due diligence process will be conducted. This involves verifying the information provided, assessing the credibility of your research, and ensuring that your company meets all regulatory and compliance standards. Additional documentation or follow-up meetings may also be requested during this phase. Our goal is to ensure that the projects we support are both scientifically sound and commercially viable.

5
Launching your campaign

Once the due diligence is complete and your company is approved for funding, we will work with you to create a compelling campaign on our platform. This includes crafting your story, preparing marketing materials, and setting investment goals. We will help you engage with potential investors, offering guidance on how to maximize your fundraising efforts. Your campaign will be featured on our platform, where it will be accessible to our network of investors.
